What’s a health and wellness coach?
As your coach, I empower you to take charge of your own health. I ask you the deeper questions that allow you to discover your motivational style and your personal wellness goals. I provide you with ideas, strategies and feedback to motivate and hold you accountable to the goals you choose for yourself. My goal is to enable you to make positive sustainable changes that support overall wellness.
I’m not selling supplements, tests, lab interpretations or giving professional advice. Coaching isn’t a substitute for medical or other professional support and you should check with the appropriate professionals for your situation before implementing a coaching program.
What does “holistic” mean?
A holistic approach acknowledges that health is a deeply interconnected process. What happens in one area of the body, or life, affects the whole. It acknowledges that physical, spiritual, mental, emotional, environmental, relational and cultural realities all play a role in the pursuit of wellness.
